    Question: What service do you offer?

    Answer:

    We're an one-stop purchasing & shipping resolution provider. We're dedicated to providing high quality and satisfaction service to all of our friendly clients from Malawi only that covering visa assistance, transportation, aaccommodation, shopping guidance, product sourcing, payment transfer, goods inspection, sea shipment, air cargo, express service and MCO etc.

    Question:

    What are the procedures like of buying things? How it works?

    Answer:

    1. You may send us the photo of the item you’d like to buy, we’ll look for the item in China then advise the price and shipping fee. Alternately, you can ask your supplier to send your goods to our warehouse if you already have goods in China.
    2. After you confirm the order, it’s time for you to send the payment. Usually, you can send the payment via bank transfer, Western Union, Paypal or through Malawian student studying in China.
    3. We’ll pay the goods on behalf of you once we receive the payment.
    4. Usually, it will takes 2-3 days for us to receive the item. We’ll inspect the goods and send you the photos showing all items that we receive.
    5. We’ll pack all the goods in carton for shipping via air cargo or container.
    6. When the goods arrive in Malawi, it’s time to pay the MRA charge then clean the goods from customs with other group members.
    7. Get the goods~

    Question: When can I expect the goods?

    Answer: Normally, it will take 3-7 days via air cargo and 45 days via sea shipping.

    Question: What’s the minimum weight?

    Answer: Actually, there is no minimum weight required. Be different from other shipping agent, we can proceed to send small goods even less than 1 kg.
